Batch numbers are generated automatically for every new fuel receipt: company ID, an organisation-wide sequence, then fuel farm and tank.
Next batch numbers will look like NF-000001-FF01-T01 — the sequence is organisation-wide, always increases and is never reused.
Acceptance criteria, pre-arrival and document checklists, product and certification wording. Each site can follow its own requirements; anything left untouched follows the standard procedure.
