With this scope 176 of 366 checklist requirements apply. Out-of-scope questions are never deleted — they are listed for review, and individual questions can still be answered Not Applicable (with a reason and approval) inside the checklist.
The JIG checklist is confidential to JIG members and affiliates — the master copy is held by JIG. This system stores a condensed index (references, clauses, methods, applicability), not the full question wording; refer to the organisation’s licensed copy during assessments. Assessments keep the checklist version they were made against, so a future checklist update never rewrites history.
Freeze a complete, locked copy of the assessment before an external inspection. Later changes never alter a frozen snapshot.
