How we’d build it

  1. 01Ship a PWA first — installable, offline-capable shell, home-screen icon. ~80% of the value with no app store.
  2. 02Audit every /app route for touch targets and one-handed use.
  3. 03Consider React Native / Expo only if push notifications or camera depth demand it.
